Most dog boxes are built to order at the manufacturer and are shipped out in approximately 5-10 business days from the date the order is placed. Add another 2 to 5 business days for delivery based on the shipping zone.

Shipping costs range depending on the state where the dog box will be shipped. Your Owens dog crate 55315 can also be picked up at the factory in Sturgis, Michigan, if you prefer, with no additional shipping charges!

Clean the plastic corrugate liners and aluminum surfaces with mild soap and water.
Inspect and tighten any loose hardware or latches to ensure secure operation.
Remove and store storm covers when not in use to prevent wear.
