Application is simple, simply peel the backing off the image, leaving the vinyl pieces adhered to the application tape. Then apply the application tape with the image attached to it, adhesive side face-down onto the surface. Smooth the decal onto the surface and run a flat-edge across the entire image (a credit card works great for this), and then slowly  peel off the masking, leaving your vinyl image stuck in place on the surface.
