SportDOG Brand® Contain + Train System
The SportDOG Contain + Train System combines the proven containment capabilities of the In-Ground Fence (SDF-100A) with the versatile remote training features of the FieldTrainer 425 (SD-425). This all-in-one system allows you to secure your dog within defined boundaries while providing training both at home and in the field.
The system works by sending a radio signal from the Fence Transmitter through the included Boundary Wire. Bury the wire to define your dog’s Boundary Area and use the included Boundary Flags as a visual training aid. Your dog wears a Collar Receiver with Contact Points that touch the neck. When your dog enters the Warning Zone, the collar provides a warning beep. If the dog continues into the Stimulation Zone, a safe static stimulation is delivered through the Contact Points to redirect their attention back to the Boundary Area.
The Contain + Train system allows you to contain an unlimited number of dogs with additional SDF-CTR collars. The handheld training transmitter supports simultaneous training of up to 3 dogs (with extra collars). The system covers up to 100 acres for containment (additional wire and flags required) and provides up to a 500-yard training range. Seven levels of stimulation, plus vibration and tone options, allow you to customize training to your dog’s temperament. Both the collar and handheld transmitter are waterproof, submersible, and powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Recommended for dogs 10 pounds and up.
