HuntEmUp.com – Thanks you for your order and we truly appreciate your business! However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received, you may return it, in as purchased condition within 30 day of receipt of purchase.
We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price (excluding postage and handling), whichever you prefer (Some items may require a restocking charge – contact us for details) (ex: Aluminum Dog Boxes and Kennel Panels will require a 30% restocking fee. Actual shipping costs will also be deducted from funds refunded). NOTE: Blank Loads, Poppers, Launcher Loads or Ammunition cannot be returned. After this date the manufacturers’ warranty applies. Note: international orders will be charged a 20% restocking / return fee for returned orders.
DVD, Video, & Printed Material Return
Due to Copyright infringement on both Video and Printed material, videos and printed material can not be returned for credit. Defective product will be replaced.
Custom Order Return
Any custom order or drop-ship specialty items cannot be returned for refund, only a credit will be issued for custom items.
Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges

Cancelation of Custom Orders and Build to Order Dog Boxes
Cancelation of custom orders or build to order items may result in a 40% restocking fee. We are not responsible for manufacturer production delays.
Product Warranty
All products that have exhausted our 30 day return policy must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement. After 30 days from date of purchase, repair or replacement becomes the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer.
