United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within 24 hours of orders receipt.
We pay the UPS ground or USPS shipping cost on all orders of $150.00 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to P.O. Boxes may be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Note: free shipping does not apply to heavy or oversized items as noted. Please note that Owens Dog Boxes and Priefert Kennels require additional freight charges that are quoted and billed per the order. If at all possible delivery to a business address is preferred, as freight charges are less expensive. You will be contacted with your freight charges within 2 business days from placing your order.

All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
OUTSIDE THE USA — FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the “Average Cost” of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order.
Note: international orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee for returned orders.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
