Guest Blog Post – Invitation To Write For our Blog
If you have some great content that you would like to share with our readers, I have some great news for you. From now onwards, we will be accepting high quality guest blog posts for publishing on this blog.
If you are interested in posting a guest article, here are the posting guidelines for an article to be published on this blog.
The content must be authentic quality content in the Dog World and related areas associated with one of these categories:
- Dog Training
- Dog Health
- Veterinary Issues
- Dog Training Products
- Gun Dog
- Upland Hunting
- Waterfowl Hunting
We may add additional categories at given point in time and are willing to review categories that you may suggest.
All blog posts submissions must be relevant to the above criteria. Additionally, the blog posts are best described as journal style entries where authors can add creative and thoughtful posts over time.
Blog posts which are considered as advertisement for your products or services, or the equivalent of a sponsored post, will not be published.
Your blog post must be original authentic content and not previously published elsewhere, neither on the web nor in print. You agree not to publish it anywhere else, including your own blog or Web site. You may, however, post a summary on your site that links to the post. You may also publish your post summaries and links to the post through social networks.
Blog posts must display the full authentic text content of the post. Providing only a brief abstract or summary with a link to a blog post on another website is not permitted.
A guest blog post may contain various text or image links to other websites, articles or blogs which it references or describes, as long as the subject and content of the blog post being submitted stands on its own as a meaningful contribution to our community. Please note that all links will be reviewed prior to publishing.
You may provide up to five links to your blog or website, including your biographic data, and links to social networking (Twitter/ Facebook/ LinkedIn/ xing etc) accounts or social networking pages.
We recommend you include one image matching your guest posts (“featured image”). You may add more than one image as well, embedded in the text. Make sure images size are less than 60 KB file size.
We reserve the right to change your text font and text formatting, in line with the design of our blog, and we may re-format approved posts to create a consistent look and feel among all blog posts. Avoid excess formatting. Bold and italics should be used only when necessary for clarity. CAPS should be avoided.
You are responsible for the content of the guest blog post, text and images. If you are using quotes, make sure they are marked as quotes with a proper reference or credit note. You are responsible for not violating any copyrights of the content of your submission.
As a general guideline, we recommend your post should be at least 250 words long and no more than 2000 words.
The blog post language is English. Additional languages may be allowed in future.
