The rocket is smaller than the original, but the mechanics are just as good and easier to move around. When folded, the SOG is 49 inches tall, 24 inches wide, and 2 inches thick. It weighs only 15.5 pounds, which makes it easy to transport in most large cars. The launch distance for ducks, dokkens, and bumpers is between 15 and 25 yards, which is a little less than the original launcher because it is smaller. While the SOG doesn’t have as much range as other devices, it makes up for it in sturdiness, portability, and reliability.

Usage Instructions

Setup

Spread the rocket out to its full size. Put the bird or fake bird on the plastic web bird pouch. You will need to buy different electronics to connect the Servo release system to your Dog-Tra or Tri-Tronics. Before getting ready to launch, make sure the safety button is in place.

Maintenance

Check and tighten all the gear often, especially the hinges and pulleys made of stainless steel. To keep dirt from building up, clean the vinyl web bird pouch every time you use it. The rocket is made to work in wet conditions, but it should be kept in a dry place to avoid putting it through extra moisture.
