Shipping and Delivery Policy
United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within 24 hours of orders receipt.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH CURRENT ECONIMIC CONDITIONS, FREIGHT COSTS MAY BE ESTIMATES AND WILL NEED ADJUSTMENT – YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH BEST FREIGHT RATES AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER.
FREE SHIPPING
We pay the UPS ground or USPS shipping cost on all orders of $150.00 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to P.O. Boxes may be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Note: free shipping does not apply to heavy or oversized items as noted. Please note that Owens Dog Boxes and Priefert Kennels require additional freight charges that are quoted and billed per the order. If at all possible delivery to a business address is preferred, as freight charges are less expensive. You will be contacted with your freight charges within 2 business days from placing your order.
Shipping Methods
Domestic (USA)
United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are used to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
UPS “Ground” Service is available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and may not be cost effective.
International Shipping
All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
OUTSIDE THE USA — FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the “Average Cost” of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order.
Note: international orders will be charged a 20% restocking / return fee for returned orders.
Product Use
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses. Please contact us if there are any questions or if you are uncertain about shipping.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please e-mail us at sales@HuntEmUp.com or call us 708.341.2576 in case of damaged or lost shipments.
Cancelation of Custom Orders and Build to Order Dog Boxes
Cancelation of custom orders or build to order items may result in a 30% restocking fee. We are not responsible for manufacturer production delays.
