Banded® Holdings, Inc., a leader in the design and production of waterfowl hunting apparel and gear under the Banded® brand, has announced the completed acquisition of Memphis, Tennessee based Avery® Outdoors, Inc., manufacturer of 
waterfowl hunting gear under the Avery®, Greenhead Gear® and Avery® Sporting Dog brands. The new company’s primary base of operations will be located in Arkansas with Avery retaining an office in Tennessee. CEO of Banded® Holdings, Inc., Chuck Browning, states, “This new venture represents the coming together of two of the most talented and experienced staffs in the industry to offer the best in innovative waterfowl hunting and outdoor gear.”
Banded® Holdings is comprised of the Banded® division that distributes outdoor and hunting gear, as well as lifestyle apparel products. The company also owns Banded Nation® which produces “Benelli’s The Fowl Life with Chad Belding” 
and the predator hunting show “Dead Dog Walkin’”. The shows are televised on The Outdoor Channel, Sportsman’s Channel and WildTV. Popular brands such as Benelli, Savage Arms, Federal Premium Ammunition, Do-All Outdoors, Realtree Brand Camouflage, MOJO, HI-Viz Sights and Bushnell are few of the strategic sponsors of the shows.
